    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Director of Innovation & Technology will spearhead the strategic technological vision, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives.

    This role demands a blend of innovative thinking and operational expertise, particularly in an entrepreneurial and corporate setting.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
    Forge and maintain client relationships in collaboration with Managing Partners.
    Lead and manage technical project teams, ensuring effective delivery of project demands and contract commitments.
    Introduce and implement innovative solutions, contributing to the company's Innovation Lab Board.
    Oversee and manage the technology portfolio, including diverse programs.
    Lead strategic technology planning, aligning initiatives with business goals.
    Develop and manage the annual technology budget.
    Provide sponsorship and oversight for major IT projects.
    Establish and adjust technology policies and procedures.
    Ensure data security and compliance with a robust information security plan.
    Communicate technology strategies across all organization levels.
    Negotiate with Technology Partners for Enterprise Application implementations.
    Serve as a mentor and technical leader for the team.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with significant leadership roles.
    Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Experience in agile team management and project delivery.
    Demonstrated leadership and consensus-building abilities.

    PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
    Experience in an entrepreneurial/start-up environment is a plus.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Prolonged periods using a phone or other forms of business communication
    Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
