    Job Description

    Job DescriptionKey Personnel is looking for a Medical Bilingual Scheduler/Referral Clerk for a clinic in the Tulsa area. This will be a temp to perm position.
    Medical Bilingual Scheduler/Referral Clerk Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm with lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm
    Medical Bilingual Scheduler/Referral Clerk Pay: $16-17/hr DOE
    Medical Bilingual Scheduler/Referral Clerk Job Duties:
    • Answering the phone for large physician office
    • Scheduling for doctors and other departments
    • Calling patients to schedule for appointment after we receive a referral
    • Calling patients to reschedule appointment
    • Checking out patients and collection copays & making follow up appointments
    • Learning what insurance companies we are contracted with and verifying we are contracted prior to scheduling appointment
    • Dailey batches with monies balancing at end of each day

    Medical Bilingual Scheduler/Referral Clerk Requirements:
    • Bilingual with ability to assist with translating (Spanish)
    • Scheduler and Referral experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Multi-tasker
