    Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Salary Grade: Business Grade 09/ BG-09

    Tulsa Public Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service.

    Position Summary: Provides leadership, analysis, and support in the area of special education Behavior Analysis. Promotes quality and compliance of programs and services to improve student achievement.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:


    • Master's degree in applied behavior sciences, psychology, education or other related
    field


    Experience:


    • Three (3) years' experience working with school-aged children with moderate to severe
    disabilities, autism and related disorders, or other developmental delays


    • Experience and training in performance of functional behavior assessments and
    functional analysis assessments, development of behavior plans, training, and use of
    emergency behavioral interventions


    • Experience in developing and supervising interventions and programs based on the
    science of Applied Behavior Analysis


    Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc:


    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Possess or ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma Driver's License
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
