    Our client is a rapidly expanding RIA in Irvine, CA that manages over $2 billion in assets under management. They are currently searching for a Senior Client Services Specialist who is personable, detail-oriented, and reliable.

    Your exceptional client-centric skills will be essential in a high-volume office environment that caters to HNW pre-retiree and retired clients.

    The firm is committed to providing exceptional client service while prioritizing confidentiality and security in retirement planning.


    Job Requirements & Qualifications:

    3+ years' experience in a client services role with an RIA serving high-net-worth clientsExperience with Charles Schwab as primary custodian.

    Dedication to high standards and performing at best practice levelStrong problem-solving skillsSolution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsSuperior attention to detailAbility to work through questions and concerns collaboratively.

    Customer service oriented and a friendly dispositionExperience with Microsoft Office programsJob Duties:
    Support our Wealth Advisors and/or Managers regarding new client onboarding (paperwork processing, client log-in, maintenance requests, etc.)


    Work directly with clients professionally to complete client service requests and facilitate the completion of paperwork with accuracyFollow firm policy and procedures regarding various protocols (money movement, disclosure document delivery, closing account procedures, etc.)Follow through with workflows to completion and double-check work for accuracyMaintain elevated levels of communication with Wealth Managers, Wealth Advisors, and clients throughout the new account onboarding process and when handling routine account maintenance items (money transfers/address updates/ beneficiary updates/ etc.)

    Beneficial skills:
    Series 65 license (not required)Experience with Orion and Redtail CRM

    Work Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, in Irvine, CA office 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    Pay Rate:
