We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.


Position Overview:


As a Full-Time Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative Phone Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our health insurance clients.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through their health & life insurance plans with care.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem solving skills, efficiency, empathy, and an understanding of health & life insurance policies.


Responsibilities:


Customer Support & Retention:


  • Answer incoming calls from existing health or life insurance clients courteously and professionally.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to their health or life insurance policies, benefits, claims, and other relevant matters.
  • Ability to Multitask and problem solve in a fastpaced environment.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients regarding coverage details and policy terms.
  • Schedule appointments for clients to review & update their Health or Life insurance policies with our licensed Agents.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to schedule followups, confirm receipt of insurance cards, ensure customer satisfaction, etc.

Remote Collaboration:


  • Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining consistent communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required.

_ Qualifications_

  • High School diploma with 12 years Customer Service experience or minimum of 2year degree, preferred
  • Extensive phone communication experience, customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
  • Works daily on routine assignments
  • Follows correct processes outlined in the department procedures and guidelines

Anticipated hourly range:
$ $20.00 per hour
