    We are a leading independent insurance agency located in the western suburbs of Boston, committed to providing outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Property & Casualty Client Relationship Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the lead consultant and primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    • Maintain and nurture client relationships, focusing on account retention and satisfaction.
    • Educate clients on insurance needs based on a thorough understanding of their businesses, and recommend appropriate products or insurance programs.
    • Provide guidance and direction to Account Managers, assisting in marketing strategies, proposal development, and problem-solving.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, negotiating coverage and pricing as needed.
    • Lead the renewal cycle, developing and executing appropriate strategies in accordance with established workflows and procedures.
    • Keep clients informed of industry trends, events, and pertinent coverage considerations.
    • Maintain accurate electronic client account records and adhere to agency procedures.
    • Educate and mentor Account Managers in all aspects of their roles on a day-to-day basis.
    • Remain flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of clients and the agency.

    • Requirements:

      • Exceptional aptitude for customer service and building long-term, trusting relationships.
      • Highly accountable, resourceful, and flexible.
      • Proven in-depth understanding of Commercial Lines Coverages.
      • Outstanding presentation skills with various audiences.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
      • Minimum of 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience in a Sales or Account Executive position.
      • Property & Casualty license required.
      • Proficiency with standard technology resources.
