    POSITION SUMMARYThe Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a variety of human resources (HR) administrative duties.

    This role will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the recruitment, selection, orientation and onboarding process.

    Must commit to implementing and maintaining our core values.

    The Human Resources Specialist position will contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

    PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESAssist with the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates , maintain job postings, attend job fairs, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, perform background checks , generate offer letters of employment, and organize pre-onboarding task, etcMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, benefits, etc.) in both paper and electronic files to ensure all employment requirements are metSchedules, coordinates and conducts or assist with new employee orientation and team member training sessionsProvide support for a variety of HR activities such as compensation, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, workforce planning, off-boarding, metrics reporting and data analysisDemonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issuesResponsible for accurate and timely data entry of employee information and ongoing maintenance in PeopleSoftAssists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and charity fundraisersPerform other duties as assignedKEY COMPETENCIESEntrepreneurial-minded, driven to succeed and a commitment to driving resultsExcellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trustSelf-starter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguityStrong oral and written communication skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAssociates Degree or equivalent experience1-2 year of Human Resources experience preferredProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office productsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


    Position may require travel:
