    Job Title: HR Specialist (Paylocity Payroll Experience Required)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist with experience using Paylocity Payroll system to join our team in Deerfield, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including payroll administration, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll using Paylocity Payroll system accurately and timely.
    • Manage employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions.
    • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
    • Assist with HR reporting and analytics as needed.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Support HR team with various projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in HR, with specific experience in payroll administration using Paylocity Payroll system.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
