- Process invoices for direct suppliers in a legacy system post-acquisition.
- Address supplier queries and reconcile statements.
- Handle misdirected invoices related to acquisitions or previous ownership.
- Assist with travel and expense reviews to ensure policy compliance.
- Contribute to project management efforts.
- Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.
- Prepare financial statements and budget variance analyses.
- Assess internal controls and risk areas.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules.
