Senior Key Account Manager

Are you an experienced professional in the toy industry?

Do you have a strong track record of building partnerships with major retailers?

MacGregor Black is currently working with a rapidly expanding toy company to find a Senior Key Account Manager. This is a full-time position based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales for brands and products in the German market, meeting predefined budgets.
  • Achieve results and meet customer expectations.
  • Build relationships, network, and establish yearly budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify key challenges and opportunities and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Oversee promotional initiatives to ensure proper allocation of funds per account.
  • Pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize potential markets for new distribution.
  • Effectively communicate the unique features of our company's brands to potential business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success as an Account Manager.
