    OTE $96,000 to $120,000

    Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for roofing and construction? The Zephyr Team, a premier roofing and construction company in Central IL, is seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing workforce. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in driving leads, developing proposals, and closing deals in the Central Illinois area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the generation of leads and maintain a robust pipeline of residential and commercial roofing sales opportunities.
    • Foster and nurture relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other potential clients.
    • Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to clients' needs.
    • Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.
    • Engage with prospects, perform site visits, and assess roofing needs to provide tailored roofing solutions.
    • Produce accurate cost estimates and deliver proposals promptly.
    • Coordinate with the construction team to facilitate deal closure and maintain customer information in the company CRM(JOBNIMBUS).
    • Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers, ensuring satisfaction and seeking referrals.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in residential and commercial roofing.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to excel in a self-driven, target-based environment.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Computer and phone application literate, with the ability to learn new software programs.
    • Physically able to climb ladders.
    • Motivated, energized, and able to work well in a team environment.
