    Accounting Specialist - Delta Projects - Dedham, MA

    Delta Projects, Inc.

    is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to be responsible for all payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operation of the company.

    Delta Projects, Inc., is nonprofit organization, located in Dedham, MA, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live and grow in a manner consistent with that of other citizens of the Commonwealth.

    Delta promotes dignity and respect for each individual while also focusing on individual needs, hopes and desires.

    Core Responsibilities:
    Code and input all invoices into Great Plains software
    Process all vendor payments
    Research/reconcile/resolve vendor statements and open issues
    Reconcile and process CORP/INDIV credit card transactions and resulting payments
    Reconcile and process EE expense reimbursement requests
    Code and process disbursement activity for corporate affiliates
    Month-end procedures including AP sub-ledger recon
    This is a high-volume workstation. Professional in this role has expectation of becoming a contributing resource while interacting with Finance, Administration and Field personnel.
