    Description

    Position: Junior Change Manager

    Reports to: Director, Information Technology

    As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring changes to IT systems, processes, and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring that changes are made efficiently and effectively, while minimizing risk and maximizing benefits. You will work with various stakeholders in the organization to ensure that change is implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption to business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a change management plan that includes communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and identify potential risks and opportunities.
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks associated with changes.
    • Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and evaluated before implementation.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure that they are kept informed of progress and changes.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management processes and recommend improvements as necessary.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented successfully.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5+ years experience in change management or related fields.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
