Description

The Planisware Change Management Lead will spearhead the organization-wide adoption of our newly implemented IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, Planisware.

This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, training, and continuous improvement efforts to maximize the tool's utility, ensuring it meets our project management and business objectives efficiently and effectively


Key Responsabilities:

- **Strategic Leadership and Planning**:Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that addresses all facets of the IT PPM tool implementation, including communication, training, and user support.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to foster buy-in and support for the new tool. Develop a stakeholder management plan to address concerns, expectations, and feedback.

Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups within the organization to ensure effective use of the IT PPM tool. Monitor training outcomes to adjust strategies as necessary.

Communication: Lead the development of communication strategies and materials to promote awareness and benefits of the IT PPM tool, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging.

Adoption and Usage Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure adoption rates, user satisfaction, and the business impact of the IT PPM tool. Use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement efforts.

Change Advocacy: Act as a champion for the change, encouraging and motivating the organization to embrace the new tool. Address resistance and foster a positive change environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, project management offices (PMO), and business units to ensure the tool aligns with organizational needs and project management best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements and adjustments to both the tool and the change management strategy.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Change Management, or related field.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in leading change management initiatives, specifically related to IT systems or tools within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
