Your Purpose as a Communications Director:
Develop strategic communications plans to drive brand and business metrics.
Use communications strategies to connect with key audiences, build our company image, and drive interest in our company as a retailer and employer.
Work closely with the marketing and HR leadership teams as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives.Serve as the liaison between Marketing and HR teams, partnering with leaders in total rewards, DEI&B, talent acquisition & employee relations to develop communication strategies.
Lead the company's communication efforts around employment branding & employee proposition internally & externally.Act as the public relations advisor to the company, partnering with the company's agency of record to develop PR strategies or crisis communication as needed.
Develop an integrated content & communications calendar that ensures consistent and on-brand communication both internally and externally.Oversee external communications strategy including but not limited to social media strategy, website content, email, and text communications.
Manage company sponsorship executions & group-wide community engagement projects.
Lead a communications team with two direct reports: internal communications manager & content strategy manager (external comms).
Advise key stakeholders on communications questions as needed.
