- Enhance safety and environmental responsibility across all operations.
- Oversee regional financial metrics, including the development and review of budgets.
- Initiate and manage cost reduction programs and facilitate the integration of new business acquisitions.
- Manage the regional workforce, ensuring robust development and succession planning, and provide mentorship to nurture potential leaders.
- Maintain rigorous inventory and financial controls to prevent losses and ensure accurate reporting at all facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in regional management.
- 4 plus years of experience in managing multiple facilities, preferably in the scrap industry.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business needs.
- Capable of fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned or required.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style is critical, reflecting our commitment to on-site management and direct engagement in daily operations.
