    Description

    Experience Level: 10 to 15 years

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred.
    • 10+ years working with Prosci Change management methodologies (must be current with Certification)

    Technical Skills and Knowledge (Must Haves)

    • 10-15 years Proven background as a hands-on OCM Practitioner leading Communications and Training effort.
    • 10-15 years' experience supporting SaaS or business applications transformational projects.
    • Prosci ADKAR Model Experience: Solid understanding of how people go through change and familiarity with Prosci's change management principles.
    • Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
    • Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall.
    • Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
    • Experience building partnerships, consulting, influencing, and negotiating with business executives, leadership, human resources partners, and peers to gain commitment and accomplish business goals.
    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
    • Ability to understand and analyze complex data, and the ability to translate information to socialize change impact with change interventions required.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Technical Skills and Knowledge (Nice to Have)

    • 3-5 years' Working experience as Scrum Master
    • 3-5 years' Knowledge in SaaS platforms like Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP and/or SFDC and its impact on organizational processes
    • Impact and influence, in high pressure, you must be able to listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade, and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results.
