    Description
    Change Management Consultant
    Rate: $45-65/hr on a W2, Remote, Contract

    Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years' experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking strong Change Management Consultants to join our team.

    Based on multiple client requests for upcoming projects, we are seeking candidates with strong backgrounds in the tech industry and change management expertise with a track record of driving strategic change management initiatives.

    Skills, experience and certifications our clients seek in candidates include:
    • Experience guiding teams throughout the change management journey, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of the new programs across their ecosystems.
    • Experience working with Channel Partners.
    • Experience collaborating with project stakeholders to identify change management needs and develop tailored approaches for each pillar of the program.
    • Experience in designing and implementing change management strategies and trainings for complex projects or initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives independently, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
    • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
    Summary:
    • Work Arrangement: Remote
    • $45-$65/hr, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
    • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) (with a match)
