    Below is the job description for the position:

    Position Title - OCM Analyst

    Location - Austin, Texas (Hybrid - Once in a week)

    Duration - 12 months (with possible extension)

    CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO TEXAS

    Job Description:

    The primary role and responsibility of OCM analyst is to schedule, plan and execute project-level change strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM analyst works closely with the project managers, business relationship managers, risk managers, application development team, quality assurance team, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc) to provide complete the IT Operations' tasks. Develops and implements testing, communication and training strategies and deliverables. Experience in being a team player in change management process. Possess in depth knowledge of each line of business in order to anticipate necessary changes in related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, behavioral change to facilitate successful implementation of software applications and systems.

    Required Skills:

    • 3 Years - Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.
    • 3 Years - In addition to analysis, assessments and change strategies the resource will have experience developing work products such as change management plans, communications plans and training plans. Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst).
    • 3 Years - Provides project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.
    • 3 Years - Experience working with and reach all levels of employees.
    • 3 Years - Experience on large Information Technology efforts with Agency-wide impact.
    • 3 Years - Creates a weekly executive summary of all project statuses including highlights for leadership's attention. Generates high-quality, tailored reports and analysis to inform the decision making of senior leadership.
    • 3 Years - Develops content for dissemination to non-technical users.
    • 3 Years - Supports the development and maintenance of relationships within ITD and across the agency. Develops and executes communications plans for the CRM to communicate project work, priorities, and impacts across the agency in an effort to provide transparency into CRM projects.
    • 3 Years - Provides project teams and users with documentation based on industry best practices to improve understanding of technical changes.
    • 3 Years - Contributes to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, peers, and ITD leaders. Actively embodies ITD values and behaviors including accountability, ethics, and best-in-class customer service. Contributes to a culture of trust and transparency by sharing information broadly, openly, and deliberately.
    • 3 Years - Supports the vision for Engagement, Culture, and Communications. Works closely with team members and management to implement and support effective solutions for change management. Maintains currency with technology, standards, and best practices. Supports process improvement efforts within the team and across ITD.

    Preferred Skills:

    • 4 Years - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management or related field.
    • 3 Years - Marketing and/or corporate communications experience.
