What You'll Do
The Americas Change Lead is a critical part of our Strategy Planning & Operations group.

This highly collaborative position aims to inform/advise on transformational change and drive understanding, adoption, and utilization of business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures that impact employees.


We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in growing teams, and solving problems with mínimal oversight and a consistent record in project management.


In this role, you will:

Primarily focus on minimizing the adverse effects of organizational changes and optimizing positive results by
- document all change management processes and change plans. Coordinate change management strategies.

  • Enable the design, development, and delivery of key communications in collaboration with the Americas Communications Lead
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

A leader of Change goes beyond simply leading the logistics of change; they must effectively lead and influence people throughout the process.


  • Effective communicator at the executive level. Communication requires taking time to understand the people involved in the change at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker: Knowing how to take a bigpicture view and combine that with the granular details that matter to a successful execution. Ability to anticipate issues that may arise during the change process and build a plan for handling them.
  • Leadership: Integrity and transparency build trust. Ability to manage and influence crossfunctional teams and seek support for collaborative activities.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle the change plan, resources, deliverables and outcomes, and overall responsibilities.

  • Experience with largescale organizational change efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Deep understanding of Project Management and leading Change
  • 5+ years of work experience in organizational or transformation change, business operations, sales operations, business development, and corporate strategic planning.
  • Proficient (to a high degree) with PowerPoint, Asana (Project Management), and MS Office tools.
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Mindtickle, and Sales Connect (development, creation not simply usage)
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Change management certification or designation desired
