    Description

    The Kelle Group is proud to be supporting a national company based in Haileah looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO and CHRO in their corporate headquarters. This key role will be onsite and will provide key support in addition to assisting with supporting projects for the business.

    This is a fast-paced growth orientated company. This is a role for someone that enjoys the challenge of managing a lot of projects along with the critical management of executives calendars, travel, expenses and priorities.

    Salary: $70K-$85K

    PowerPoint and Excel experience is required

    This position professionally manages incoming calls, emails, calendars and meetings with a high level of confidentiality and confidence. Schedules appointments and maintains calendars for the executives.


    • Office management of the Hialeah office. Friendly, professional that greets and manages visitors to the executive office area. Maintains an organized process and system for managing the executive area offices. Develop and manage office budget and all procurement of supplies.


    • Travel – Coordinate travel for the CEO and Executive Team. Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisors, when requested.


    • Professionally answers calls and relays messages and details as applicable. Is comfortable and capable in dealing with other executives, board members, vendors, and employees.


    • Reports/Analysis - Prepares and distributes various reports (including charts, tables), financial documents, etc. to the executives as requested. Comfortable with a variety of business, operational and financial reports, terminology, etc
