Overview:
This position will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the HR leadership team.


Responsibilities:


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Provide general support to the HR leadership team.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  • Work on reporting requests and various projects as assigned.
  • Various travel and entertainment related activities including processing, obtaining required approvals, and submitting to AP for payment.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate documentation and files as needed.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR leadership team.
  • Type business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to take detailed phone messages.
  • Maintain accurate, organized and efficient filing system.
  • Create and edit presentations/spreadsheets.
  • Effectively communicate with others and solve problems on a daily basis.
  • Develop processes and efficiencies for routine office management, supply ordering, etc.
  • Ability to operate and work with IT to trouble shoot standard office equipment.
  • Coordinate all materials for appropriate leadership meetings and manage all mailings.
  • Act as the point of contact for the HR floor(s) in HQ including supply ordering, catering, gifts, and meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Cross train in other areas as necessary.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of four years' office experience in a professional atmosphere required.

Additional Requirements:


  • Highly PC proficient, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be diplomatic, thorough, customerservice minded, detailed and professional.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, division associates, Corporate associates, customers, outside entities, etc.
  • Impeccable communication skills & phone etiquette.
  • Good writing and organization skills.
  • Team player with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working under pressure to meet simultaneous deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Executive Assistant to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.

Some travel required.

Finger dexterity is necessary._**
