Description
We are currently looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a remote basis.This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in the field of accounting and bookkeeping to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare and record journal entries
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
