We are currently looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a remote basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in the field of accounting and bookkeeping to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our company.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare and record journal entries
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
