    We are looking to hire a Full-Time Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse. This position involves serving patients in the areas around Needham, Newton, Chestnut Hill, Brighton, and Brookline.

    Starting pay rates: $40 + Pay per Visit rates

    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health is tasked with delivering top-notch patient care and executing technical skilled procedures in the patient's residence.

    • Deliver services within the confines of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing practice, following the care plan, and in collaboration with other health care team members. Cannot modify the care plan.
    • Document a progress note for each visit and share it with the agency daily.
    • Consistently monitor and communicate the patient's nursing needs. Educate the patient's family on patient care and fostering a healthy patient environment.
    • Observe, document, and report the patient's response to treatment and any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.

    License Requirements

    • Active LPN license in the state of MA
    • Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
    • CPR Certification is mandatory.
