    Partnering with Elara Caring, a Licensed Practical Nurse provides patient care across the entire continuum of care.

    The Licensed Practical Nurse for our Personal Care Services service line make a meaningful impact, caring for patients wherever it is they call home.

    What is Required?

    High School diploma or GED required

    Current State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required

    1 year of nursing experience working in a hospital or facility

    Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills

    Valid driver's license and insurance

    Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

    You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator.
