We are expanding our team and looking for experienced CNAs / Certified Home Health Aides for full time and part time shifts.

Acclaim Home Health Care has a professional and supportive management team. You will continue to have on-going training to support your skill set and the needs of our clients.


What do Acclaim Home Health Care Workers do?

• Assisting clients with personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation and other personal needs defined by the client's care plan
• Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior or health to supervisor
• Perform additional duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certification
• Valid MA driver's license and or available transportation
• Once a month weekend rotation is needed
