    Our Administrative department is an essential part of our company. As a Receptionist, you will help promote the corporate image by representing the corporate office internally and externally. You will provide liaison between all parties as needed and when directed. As a Receptionist, you will be the first person to greet visitors to the company headquarters/

    The Administrative team works together to accomplish and surpass quarterly and annual objectives. They are a driven, goal-oriented group that works hard and enjoys the incredible opportunity that Saela provides.     We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT.
    *This is an in-office position only *

    Benefits
    • $15 - $17 / hour DOE
    • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    • Workout facility, locker rooms, NBA regulation-size indoor basketball court, pool table, sauna, and more offered.
    We provide individualized training and 1:1's with department leaders to best help you continue growing in your role and provide you with opportunities for future advancements.

    What to Expect

    As a Receptionist, you will greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately while notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals. You will answer any questions or inquiries from visitors.

    Our Receptionist will manage daily mail and shipping, ensuring each department receives any mail in a timely manner while ensuring things get shipped out on time.

    You will also assist in party planning, organizing events, employee engagement, and employee recognition.

    Qualifications
    • Happy, energetic, and welcoming personality
    • Previous experience using Microsoft Office software required (Word. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters, materials, and information
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
    • A strong customer service attitude and approach
    • Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to handle pressure and quickly shift focus from one task to another
    • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters, materials, and information
