**Job: South Jordan Front Desk Receptionist**
**Classification:** Non-Exempt
**Hourly:** $12-$17 (GS 1-4)
**Reports to:** Office Manager
**Position type:** Full or Part-time
****Summary:****
The front desk receptionist is responsible for handling the front office reception and various administrative duties, including but not limited to greeting/checking in clients, answering phones, handling company inquiries, collecting co-payments, filing, organizing documents, and other clerical duties. They provide support to management and employees by assisting in daily office needs and the performance of the companys general administrative activities.
****Responsibilities:****
Greet/meet all clients who come into the office; respond to the public both by phone and in-person
Verify client information and insurance
Learns and practices de-escalation techniques (may occasionally be exposed to high-stress environments)
Maintains a safe and clean environment
****Requirements:****
Proficient knowledge of computers including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software
Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and loud noise level
Physical demands of the job will include sitting at a desk or table for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking
Pass a full criminal background check
Eligible to work in the US
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in customer service
