    Our Skilled Trades Agency is growing and is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and well spoken Bilingual individual to join our great team to take the role of the front desk

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

    • Responsible for providing quality customer service to all clients.
    • Responsible for answering phone calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate person.
    • Responsible for greeting and directing candidates
    • Responsible for keeping the database up to date
    • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
    • Responsible to assist Recruiters with candidates
    • Must Be Bilingual (Spanish)
    • Other duties would be assigned by the manager
