    Job Location: American Fork, UT

    Role Description:

    We are looking for someone friendly and ambitious who can proudly represent themselves as the face of LVT. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage our front desk on a daily basis, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and participate as a member of People Operations, assisting with parties, our swag store, and more If you love interacting with others and want to be the face of the company, we invite you to apply

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
    • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Order front office supplies and stock the break room with snacks
    • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and facilitate needs of important meetings
    • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
    • Assist in managing the swag store
    • Participate in planning, setting up, running, and clean up of company events
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • You are the face of the company. As such, it is required that you are charismatic, energetic, professional, and enthusiastic.
    • Organizational skills
    • Able to lift 50lbs
    • Ability to walk up and down stairs
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Foster a customer service attitude
    • Can prioritize and multi-task
    • Reliable Vehicle
    • High School Diploma or GED
