    Job DescriptionSalary: $17-$20 hour

    As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every 1Dental customer receives top-notch support and service. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels by offering tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Provide accurate information about 1Dental plans and services.
    • Resolve complaints and issues with a customer-first attitude, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and efficiency.
    • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer experience.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities..
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • High school diploma; further education will be considered a plus.
