- As Captains, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of safety, quality, service, and guest satisfaction while also maintaining profitability.
- Cruise Execution
- Rotate as cruise captain with thorough pre-cruise preparation
- Supervise crew and maintain adherence to safety standards
- Participate in emergency drills and ensure compliance with regulations
- Operations Team Management
- Recruit and train crew members
- Schedule staff following company guidelines
- Build positive relationships within the team and other departments
- Guest Service
- Resolve guest issues effectively
- Implement safety programs
- Administration
- Complete shift records and incident reports accurately
- Administer payroll and assist with vessel maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of marine experience
- 100-ton license with a satisfactory record
- Detailed knowledge of ship's systems and maintenance
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle various guests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems
