    City Cruises is looking for Part Time Boat Captains for our Marine operation in Alexandria.

    About You:

    • We are looking for someone who is adaptable, dynamic, and embraces City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Cruise Execution:
      • Rotate as cruise captain, ensuring adherence to procedures and guest satisfaction.
      • Participate in safety drills and maintain ship systems.
    • Operations Team Management:
      • Recruit and train crew, schedule staff, and maintain positive relationships.
    • Guest Service:
      • Resolve guest issues, oversee safety programs, and ensure effective communication.
    • Administration:
      • Complete shift records, incident reports, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
    • Other:
      • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must hold a 100-ton license with a satisfactory record.
    • Minimum of five years of marine experience, including two years as a captain.
    • Detailed knowledge of ship systems and Coast Guard regulations.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to handle various guest scenarios.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
