- Manage supplier relationships & improve efficiencies
- Lead RFx processes & partner on vendor selection
- Secure the best pricing & build cost models
- Review & redline technology contracts (SaaS focus)
- Mitigate contract risks & manage vendor contracts
- 5+ years' experience in transactional contracting/sourcing
- Proven SaaS contract negotiation & review skills
- Financial services/fintech contract management experience a plus
- BA/BS + relevant experience
- 100% Remote (8 AM - 5 PM PST)
- Contract creation & process improvement
- Cloud/hardware industry experience
- Startup environment experience desired
- Strong negotiation & legal concepts knowledge

Temporary W2 Contractor – Full-time
Pay Rate: $50-$85/hour (DOE)
Must be able to start as early as May 7th
Expected to last through the end of September 2024 – with possibility of extension.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $85.00 per hour
