- 9-80 Work Schedule (This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off).

- Work with senior level CA as a mentor.
- Lead proposal preparation efforts, negotiations, execution of modifications, correspondence and customer interface for routine sole source / competitive procurements (e.g. spare parts contracts).
- Coordinate all required approvals and notifications pursuant to Contract Administration Procedures and Company Standard Practices.
- Participate and advise in the preparation of quotations, bids and proposals.
- Draft Sales Orders, requests for estimates and all other required contract administration
documentation corresponding with complexity listed above. Follow-up and tracking on customer correspondence and issues. - Interface with internal and external customers to ensure prompt resolution of problems and effective day-to-day communications.
- Organize, track and input data to support department metrics and quality initiatives.

Contract Administration duties in support of multiple Contracts including Support administration (writing sales order, AoPs/AoCs routing, observe and support preparation of negotiations) of CLS/Service contracts.
