Operative Purchaser in Timber Modular Construction (m/f/d)

Full-time

We are currently looking for an operative purchaser (m/f/d) to join our motivated team of industry specialists in the field of timber modular construction.

Your responsibilities

  • Procurement of materials and services according to purchasing guidelines through bidding, negotiation, and contracting
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining and expanding the supplier and subcontractor network
  • Coordination of all project-specific procurement activities
  • Close collaboration with project management
  • Solving structural and organizational problems with suppliers and subcontractors, such as delivery delays, quality issues, or complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements
  • Analysis of procurement risks and development of measures to minimize risks

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business or engineering or commercial training with relevant further qualification (focus on construction, ideally modular construction)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of purchasing
  • Negotiation and contract law competence
  • Good English or Polish language skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office and
