Remote IT Sourcing Manager (SaaS) - Contract SpecialistManage critical SaaS contracts & drive savings in this fast-paced, temporary role.
Temporary W2 Contractor – Full-time
Pay Rate:
$50-$85/hour (DOE)
Must be able to start as early as May 7 th
Expected to last through the end of September 2024 – with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate & execute IT contracts (MSAs, Order Forms)
Manage supplier relationships & improve efficiencies
Lead RFx processes & partner on vendor selection
Secure the best pricing & build cost models
Review & redline technology contracts (SaaS focus)
Mitigate contract risks & manage vendor contracts
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in transactional contracting/sourcing
Proven SaaS contract negotiation & review skills
Financial services/fintech contract management experience a plus
BA/BS + relevant experience
100% Remote (8 AM - 5 PM PST)
Skills:
Contract creation & process improvement
Cloud/hardware industry experience
Startup environment experience desired
Strong negotiation & legal concepts knowledge
