    The Grants and Contracts Specialist position in Sponsored Programs is responsible for:
    Manage all membership & subscriptions. Coordinate the transition of grant/contract paperwork. Maintain the sponsored program database. Maintain a single-point-of-contact repository or pre-award documentation Develop letters to support faculty writers for tenure and promotion packages. Coordinate the annual Sponsored Programs recognition luncheon.

    Oversight and promotion of the Grant Writing Fund OSP Newsletter, preparation and submission twice a semester collaboTROY in charge of scheduling, arranging and promoting Maintain listing of current faculty and staff as to what subjects interest them for grant writing.

    Coordinate the annual award of the Chancellors Award of Distinction for Sponsored Program Success Manage Sponsored Program Advisory Committee Provide monthly update of all new projects and their contact information to University Relations for publicity of sponsored program activities.

    Code credit card charges to correct accounts by 5th of each month Order office supplies, and all other purchases for OSP Maintain all files for OSP Manage student workers Any other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications1.
