Temporary W2 Contractor Full-timePay Rate:
$50-$85/hour (DOE)Must be able to start as early as May 7 thExpected to last through the end of September 2024 with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
Negotiate & execute IT contracts (MSAs, Order Forms)

Manage supplier relationships & improve efficienciesLead RFx processes & partner on vendor selectionSecure the best pricing & build cost modelsReview & redline technology contracts (SaaS focus)Mitigate contract risks & manage vendor contractsRequirements:5+ years' experience in transactional contracting/sourcingProven SaaS contract negotiation & review skillsFinancial services/fintech contract management experience a plusBA/BS + relevant experience100% Remote (8 AM - 5 PM PST)

Pay Details:
