Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in the Arlington, Texas area.

Location: Arlington, Texas

Shifts: Start time 6-8:00 am - 3-5:00 pm , OT as needed

Start: Hiring Immediately

Compensation: Starting $25 HR

SUMMARY:

As a Maintenance Technician Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will perform maintenance and repair services including mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The primary emphasis of this role is to perform a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and maintain maintenance standards and develop and recommend maintenance programs
Install new equipment using outside services if required
Maintain the equipment and facility through preventive/predictive maintenance program
Consults the work orders and personal logbook for jobs to be done
Keep equipment and facility in working condition for maximum uptime

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

A High School diploma or equivalent experience
Fully skilled in one or more trades such as Millwright, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, plumbing, HVAC, Drywall
Two or more years of experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to perform tasks independently under general direction
Ability to train apprentices and maintenance laborers
Ability to work all rotating shifts
Ability to work overtime as required
Able and willing to work overtime when required – up to 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
