Description

Responsibilities:

Secondary POC to client/site occupants, property manager, subcontracted services, vendors
Assist Maintenance Lead in management of direct reports and/or subcontracted service workers to include/not limited to: maintenance worker(s), day porter(s), A/V tech(s), IT
Assist Site Lead maintaining overall appearance/operation of facility
Secondary liaison to building management/security for service calls, systems tests
Coordinate offhours utilities
Oversight of daytime porter responsible for light cleaning
Complete small/medium scope repair/maintenance in client?s premises in accordance with building rules/regulations (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, AV, Signage, IT).
Coordinate large scope repair/maintenance
Coordinate postevent site maintenance
Coordinate vendor access
Control of execution of work, followup for quality assurance
Assist with requisition of office/facility supplies supporting operations
Assist with all Domestic/International, special shipping/receiving needs.
Support VIP meeting, visit, other requests as directed.
Support all other adhoc requests as directed.
Assist with the Coordination of Events

Qualifications:

Min. 5 yrs. experience as Maint. Tech., Lead Mech., Maint. Sup., or equivalent
Interpersonal/communication/customer service skills required
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, technical manuals.
Demonstrated ability to learn maintenance skills.
Ability to complete small/medium scope repair/maintenance activities.
Skills in using predictive maintenance techniques, root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Ability to gather data, information, prepare reports.
Ability to provide technical guidance to nontechnical/production operators.
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work second/third shift, holidays, weekends as required.
Must be able to perform maintenance tasks including: climb ladders, work in confined spaces, stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.
