Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service To Clients
- Perform Handyman & Maintenance Work
- Supervise/Oversee Subcontractors/Maintenance Contractors
- Tracking, Reporting & Documentation
- Pickup & Delivery
- Maintain Quality Control
- Protecting & Maintaining Clean Work Areas
- Field Sales
Abilities/Requirements:
- 3 Years of Experience In Maintenance and/or Residential Construction
- General Construction Knowledge
- General Knowledge of Appliance Maintenance
- General Electric and HVAC Knowledge
- Read & Understand Scopes of Work
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- Can Pass a General Background Check
- Ability to Problem Solve
- General Computer Knowledge
Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
