- Bank Reconciliation
- Intercompany invoices posting and reconciliation.
- Perform product costing
- Post Journal entries
- Prepare Inventory reports and review master data
- Monthly Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Review and process freight and other invoices.
- Assist the AFC/FC in month end and year end closing.
- Vendor master data creation and maintenance.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
- CPA
- 5-7 years experience in Accounting
- 4-8 years experience as an accountant in Manufacturing industry.
- Work experience in SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Excel, Power point and MS project
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
