    Are you a Senior Android Developer who is passionate about building engaging mobile driven products for a massive user/fan base? Are you a Senior Android Developer who has experience using Kotlin to write software for Android applications along with Jetpack Compose for creating polished Front End experiences?     I am currently partnered with one of the premier sports and entertainment enterprises in the world to assist in staffing their rapidly expanding technology organization.

    The Senior Android Developer must have strong Kotlin programming experience, skilled with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and have experience publishing multiple enterprise Android applications.

    As a Senior Android Developer you will join a team of software engineers contributing to award-winning and complex platforms. Youll have an opportunity build upon one of the leading sports and entertainment platforms in the world. You will work on a Consumer centric App/Platform that encompasses everything from Sports, Content, eCommerce, Ticketing, TV, Finance, etc.

    Role & Responsibilities:
    Deliver on high traffic, mobile platforms encompassing everything from content to ticketing, to on-demand services
    Join a team in solving challenging problems and enhancing existing products for engaging user experiences
    Work closely with teams to create technical solutions that work across all mobile platforms
    Developer, monitor and maintain Android code that runs on a variety of platforms and devices
    Build upon a leading app in the app store, by developing polished front-end experiences using Jetpack Compose
    Modernize legacy codebase by transitioning Java and XML views to Kotlin and Jetpack Compose frameworks
    Integrate and maintain vendor SDKs

    Full lifecycle software development:
    requirements gathering, design, develop, test, deploy, and support
    Lead projects from inception to successful delivery, aligning with business goals and stakeholders
    Develop, monitor, and maintain services to communicate with consumers, including push notifications, in-app messages, SMS notifications, and inbox messaging
    Influence the innovation of products used by millions of users worldwide
    Assist in changing the way content is consumed by users across various platforms and devices

    Skills & Experience Needed:

    4+ Years of Android/Kotlin programming experience
    Experience using Kotlin to write software for Android applications
    Skilled with Android SDK
    Experience with Jetpack Compose for creating polished Front End UI experiences
    Experience working with Rest APIs and JSON
    Knowledge of CI/CD and build automation tools
    Ability to refactor legacy code bases
    Previous experience publishing multiple enterprise Android applications
    Experience building scalable, high-volume services
    Prior experience developing backend software is a big plus
    MDM management and integration knowledge is a big plus
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math or similar


    What is Being Offered:
    Salary Range - $135,000 to $175,000
