If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our company is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and interact with a diverse group of end-users.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Use problem-solving skills to quickly troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain and update systems, software, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Train users on how to use new technology and software applications with ease and clarity.
Collaborate with other team members or vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Document and maintain IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides with thoroughness and detail.

Requirements:
Proven work experience in IT support-related field.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office and macOS systems.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical skills and experience with hardware, software, and security systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
