    Adminstrative Assistant Primary Functions:

    • Provides administrative support.
    • Performs shipping feedback and unships orders as necessary.
    • Filing of POD's and Receiving documents
    • Provides POD's and/or Receiving documents when requested
    • Assists in reducing inventory maintenance by working with Product Management, Returns Department and Vendor Partners to request and coordinate RGA's for vendor returns, and to help manage defective or damaged material to be repaired or salvaged.
    • Assist Product Management/Purchasing by checking acknowledgements and reconciling cost discrepancies.
    • Assist Product Management in reconciling Direct Order costing and entering direct orders as requested.
    • Provides, as needed, support to Branch operations including but not limited to: HR issues, cycle counts; inventory reports (value added/adjustments), receiving, run specialized reports (SX.e/invoice exception/customer order), system maintenance, manage office supplies and office equipment maintenance repairs.

    Work Hours 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
    Pay: $24-26/hr

    Education and/or Experience: One-year certificate from junior college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
