    Job DescriptionAs a guest service coordinator, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. This role involves managing the front desk, greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the salon.

    Key duties and responsibilities of a guest service coordinator in a include:
    • Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the salon.
    • Answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Scheduling appointments and managing the salon's appointment book effectively.
    • Coordinating with hair stylists to ensure timely services for clients.
    • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Providing information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients.
    • Assisting with retail sales of salon products and recommending products to clients based on their needs.
    • Managing client records and updating information in the salon's database or scheduling system.
    • Working collaboratively with the salon team to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
    • Following salon policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
