Senior Customer Solutions Referent (Lending Officer) (m/f/d) in Brighton, MI

Your Responsibilities:

Independently develop complex, innovative trade finance/credit/cash management products based on market developments, customer requirements, and the Santander Group's strategy, as well as methods and approaches to optimize all relevant processes for lending products.
Design a detailed security pool, taking into account the requirements of credit risk management, and develop and maintain the product catalog for corporate clients.
Implement and ensure compliance with regulatory product topics. Coordinate and accompany SOX controls, as well as ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for the responsible product portfolio through the development of adequate control reporting and ongoing checks.
Central point of contact for new product processes (NPPs), e.g. participation in SLA negotiations within Santander Germany and implementation of results.
Support sales in customer discussions on complex financing structures (e.g. syndicated loans, ESGcompliant financing), including the creation of the necessary application template for risk, the creation of organizational instructions, conducting training/workshops, and leading (partial) projects of the bank for the area of responsibility.
Live risk culture by continuously developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility in the proactive management of risks within the bank.
