WHAT TO EXPECT

Support in implementing a lived process management system and thus contributing to the success of e2m and the energy transition.
Analysis of the impact of new product implementations on core processes.
Documentation of product processes and integration into the process landscape.
Learning how to use BPMN 2.0, the currently most common notation for describing processes.
Analysis and evaluation of potential applications for process mining and process automation.
Participation in improvement measures and taking on own, smaller projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

Studies in the field of energy economics, energy, building and environmental technology, industrial engineering, business administration or similar.
Ideally, first experience in process management (process optimization), quality management or LEAN management.
100% team player and willingness to speak in front of people.
Service mindset.
Responsible, structured, successoriented and communicative way of working.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
