    REMOTE Sales Manager with Growth Opportunity / THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION

    Our client is a well-established business and leader in the Transportation and Logistics industry, offering growth opportunities to dedicated professionals.

    This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are ready to take their sales career to the next level.

    We are seeking a Sales Manager who is willing to get out from behind the desk and actively engage in business development.

    If you have a passion for sales, a driven mindset, and the ability to build strong customer relationships, this role is perfect for you.


    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets
    • Identify potential customers and proactively seek out new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
    • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

    Essential Job Functions:


    • Perform market research to identify industry trends and competitor insights
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive advantages
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance

    Skills:

    • At least 3 years of direct related sales experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry, with knowledge of dry van, reefer, flatbed, and freight forwarding
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
    • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
